Responsible Gaming Commitment — Your protection is our top priority at ox999
ox999 believes entertainment is meaningful only when it is safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming tools are always ready to keep you informed and protected.
Protection Tools & Control Options
Deposit Limit
Set a cap on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately, but raising it requires a waiting period of a few days — this is intentional, to prevent rushed decisions.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, you can request to close your account for a set period or permanently. Once this option is active, no transactions or bets can be made from the account, and no promotional messages will be sent.
Time-Out (Break)
Need a short break? Choose a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, access to your account will not be possible. It is a healthy way to clear your head without any pressure.
Loss Limit
Set in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given time period. Once that limit is reached, no further bets can be placed automatically. This is an effective safeguard against financial loss.
Session Reminder
It can be hard to track time during uninterrupted play. An automatic reminder will notify you how long you have been online after a set period — this helps build healthier habits.
Reality Check
At regular intervals during a session, a pop-up will show you a summary of your wins and losses. This helps you stay aware of your actual situation and maintain a balanced mindset.
Problem Gambling — Know the Signs
Warning Signs
- Returning to play repeatedly to try to recover lost money
- Hiding gambling from family or friends
- Taking out loans or spending savings to gamble
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
- Neglecting work, family, or daily responsibilities
- Being unable to control the amount or time spent playing
- Turning to gambling to relieve stress or depression
Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a livelihood or a solution to financial problems. ox999 always wants its players to play consciously and within their own limits.
If you notice any of the signs above in yourself or someone in your family, seek help promptly. The ox999 support team is with you 24/7 — reach us via live chat or email at [email protected].
Remember, acknowledging a problem is a sign of strength, not weakness. The first step is the most important one.

ox999's Responsible Gaming Policy
ox999 is a trusted online entertainment platform in Bangladesh, and we firmly believe that responsible gaming is not an extra benefit — it is every player's right. Our goal is not only to provide entertainment, but also to ensure the physical, mental, and financial well-being of every user.
Always set a budget before placing bets on our platform. Only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Never view gambling as a source of income — it is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such.
The minimum deposit at ox999 is ৳100, a figure chosen deliberately so that everyone can play within their own means. No player is ever pressured to place large bets. Our 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 extends your entertainment, but you are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.
Never place bets under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. Avoid gambling when you are under stress, feeling depressed, or worried about finances. Be cautious of the urge to chase losses after a loss — this is one of the most common and dangerous patterns of problem gambling.
We are firmly committed to protecting minors. No one under the age of 21 can create an account or place bets. If younger members of your household share your device, use parental control software and keep your ox999 account locked with a secure password.
We believe the right information and the right tools enable a player to make informed and responsible decisions. That is why ox999 maintains transparency — from game rules to bonus terms, every player has the right to clear information on every matter.
